SmartLegalizator was created to provide legalizers and legalization consultants in Poland with an all-in-one system that fully automates their workflows.

Our product emerged as a response to real difficulties in the legalization services market. After talking with leading legalization firms, we realized that the biggest problem is the lack of an all-in-one system convenient tool that combines all the necessary functions. Therefore, we used our experience and created a solution for you.

Many legalization companies try to create such a product within their own company. But it is extremely expensive and time-consuming. You need to hire IT specialists, pay them for analysis, development, testing, and support. Such a project can last for half a year or more, and the total budget exceeds tens of thousands of euros.

SmartLegalizator was created in March 2025, and sales began in October.

This is a modern product that uses AI tools, integrations, and is an automated all-in-one system for legalization companies in Poland. It takes into account all the needs of legalizers, and is not a general CRM solution, such as Bitrix24, Pipedrive, SalesDrive, and others.

The SmartLegalizator is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

We understand the specifics of the work and processes of Polish Urząd and real scenarios of legalizers' work.

We can come to your office to conduct a Demo, and with companies from other cities - we can meet online. We can coordinate offline meetings in other cities by separate agreement.
